Who processes your data

Data collected through this website is processed by the operator of Private Driver Nice Airport, 4 Rue des Serbes, 06400 Cannes, France.

What we collect, and why

Through the booking form we collect your name, email address, phone number, pick-up and destination addresses, travel date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage count, and any note you add. This data is used for one purpose: to prepare your quote and carry out your transfer.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of a contract (your transfer) and, for any commercial follow-up, on your consent.

Who receives it

Your request is transmitted by email through EmailJS, our form delivery provider, and stored in our mailbox. The assigned driver receives only what he needs to carry out the journey.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for the legal accounting retention period thereafter. Unconverted quote requests are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to its processing, or request that it be restricted. Write to contact@driver-nice-airport.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Only Google Fonts is loaded from an external domain, to render the page's typography.
